The Software Developer is someone who can:
Design and develop software for Web applications, Application Program Interfaces (APIs)
Practice Behavior Driven Development and test-first coding methodologies
Document development projects and create test plans
Desired Skills & Expertise
Three-plus years experience
Agile software development principles, practice and process experience (from use case definition to component delivery)
Experience in:
Ruby in Rails OR NodeJS is a MUST
NoSQL (MongoDB) database experience preferred
RESTful Web service using JSON experience preferred
